Club Getaway's Food Allergy Statement
Club Getaway makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Our food production staff, goes through intensive training on the severity of food allergies, and how to avoid cross contact of these allergens. All food served on the buffet are labeled if they contain one of the eight major food allergens (soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, and fish); however, there is always a risk of cross contact of any ingredients we use in the kitchen.
Guests concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk, similar to that of eating at a restaurant.
While we do use dairy, soy, egg, wheat and other less common allergens in our kitchen, we offer as many alternatives as possible, including gluten free options. We do not use any products that contain tree nuts/peanuts or tree nut/peanut oils in our kitchen.
There is a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation or their warning labels at any time, without notice.
In summary, while we take every step to minimize the risk of cross contact, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely safe to consumer for guests with food allergies.
