The key to Club Getaway's success and superior customer service is our management team. Directors oversee various departments and the staff associated with them. As team leaders they lead by example. Managers should have previous supervisory experience, and excellent references. Positions Include:

Sales / Marketing / Reservations

Join the Club Getaway Office Team. Responsible for all individual and group reservations. Good phone and computer skills are required.

Camp Director

Responsible for the supervision of 30-40 activity staff. Oversee the daily tasks and operation of camp/school midweek programs and sports and adventure weekends.

Assistant Camp Director

Assists the camp director with supervision and operation of all activity staff and programs.

Program Director

Communicates with all groups to produce daily activity schedules, rooming assignments, and meal seating schedules. Must be highly organized, logistical thinker, and have strong Excel spreadsheet knowledge.

Food and Beverage Director

Organizes the food service to provide buffet and family style meals for all groups. There are 3 primary dining facilities: 2 Dining Rooms, and 1 Dining Tent with connecting Buffet Tent. This job requires a very organized individual with experience in Banquet Service, and a flare for Food Displays.

Dining Room Manager

Works in conjuction with the kitchen to provide family style and buffet style meals in the dining rooms, or under the picnic tent. Must be able to organize a crew of 14, direct set-ups, service, and clean-up of food service. Qualities desired: Strong communication skills, dependable, persistant, and attention to detail.
